Wet Plate (natte plaat) WORKSHOP, 28 augustus 2021 (doorgang vindt alleen plaats wanneer dat weer verantwoord is !)
WetPlate studio ’t Olde Postkantoor in Olst biedt een eendaagse workshop aan waarin het Victoriaanse proces met natte platen van begin tot eind wordt geleerd. Leer hoe je een glazenplaat kunt voorzien van een collodion laag en daarna laat sensibiliseren. Leer hoe een oude houten camera te gebruiken en een foto te maken op een glazen plaat. Ontdek hoe je afbeelding als een negatief naar voren komt in de donkere kamer. Alle materialen zijn inbegrepen en aan het einde van de dag loop je weg met je eigen WetPlate.
De workshop wordt gegeven door Peter Eleveld die al vele Awards op zijn naam heeft staan.
Deze Workshop is van 10.00 tot 17.00 uur, maximaal aantal deelnemers is 4, dus veel persoonlijke aandacht! Er volgen nog meer dagen in 2021 max 2 deelnemers! Heb je interesse in deze workshop, neem dan contact op via peter@eleveld.net of gebruik het contact formulier.

I am very proud to share that I am the winner in the Still Live category in the Sony World Photography Awards 2021! It is great to get the recognition of my Wet Plate black & white photography. Being chosen amongst some of the best photographers in the world is a great accomplishment.

finalist in the Sony Professional Photography Awards 2021
The news today, that nine of my images in the category ‘Still Live’ are the in final for the Sony Professional Photography Awards 2021, was uplifting.
Being chosen amongst some of the best photographers in the world is an exciting accomplishment.
This news comes as a wonderful surprise and I am greatly motivated, honored and overwhelmed by it all.
Thank you Jury for reviewing the work, the hard work of those who prepared and presented this contest. And furthermore, congratulations to others, finalists and shortlisted.
